Another bright sunny day for the Ladies Invitation Day held on Monday 21 July 2014. 28 Lady members invited their guests to play an 18 hole betterball stableford compettion. More than 19 clubs were represented.The course was in superb condition, thanks to Graeme Macdonald and his staff. The Ladies' Captain Sue Burns and the Ladies' President Denise Clark greeted the players and served them tea and cakes at the halfwayy house.
The winners with a score of 43 points was Rita Smalley & her guest from Southwell Golf Club Linda Castledine
Runners up with 41 points was Barbara Sale and Linda Mason (Coxmoore Golf Club)
3rd place - with 39 points Margaret Lewis and her guest Pauline Harris from Retford Golf Club
4th place - Sandie Pearson and Margaret Finch (Radcliffe-on-Trent) with 38 points
5th place -Di Allen and C Johnston (Mapperley Golf Club) with 38 points
Best 9 out - Sue Birkett and R Coulson (Southwell)
Best 9 in - Rita Stevenson & Rosemary Pyke (Lincoln Golf Club).
