FOR ALL MONTHLY MEDAL COMPETITIONS THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY:
Medal Competitions are played on a Thursday and Saturday.
They take place each month from April to September
Medal Competitions should preferably be played in 3 balls.
2 balls are permitted - 4 Balls are NOT .
Entrants make up their own 2 / 3 ball.
Junior members must be accompanied by a full member.
On completion of the round competitors MUST enter their own scores into the computer.
This includes NO RETURNS. Please follow the detailed procedures.
The Tee is reserved on Thursday and Saturday Medal Days between 8am and 4pm.
Members playing are allocated tee times from the Professional Shop.
These may be booked up to 2 weeks prior with the following rules:

Tee Times must be booked in person. No Telephone Bookings.

One person can book for a maximum of 3 players (himself and 2 others.)

Competition entry fees must be paid for all players at the time of booking. (£2)

No refunds will be made in the event of a cancellation though the person who has reserved the tee time may find a replacement

In the event of a player not cancelling and not playing, having booked a tee time, a 3 Club Competition ban will be imposed. (Monthly Medals excepted).

Tee Times between 8am and 4pm available on the day may be taken for Medal Play or Social Golf; however 4 balls are NOT allowed for Social Golf.

The only exception to 6 above, is that 4 Balls will be permitted on a Thursday before 7.30am at which time the tee will close.

No play is allowed to start from the 10th before 6pm.

Vouchers are awarded for the 1st and 2nd place in each division.

The balance of the entry fee will be used to pay for the Division Winners Medals and the Medal Finals Day Prize Table.
MEDAL FINALS DAY
This competition takes place in October and is only open to qualifying players from medal competitions.
To qualify for Medal Finals Day competitors must either: a) return a nett score at or better than the Competition Standard Scratch or: b) be a division winner. GOOD LUCK !!
